Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer sale Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide product/services information, resolving complaints, delivering ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
v Attend incoming customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, made the customer to walk-in enquiries.
v Provide accurate information regarding company products and services like Architectural, legal, Town Planning, Interior Designing and Construction Audits.
v Handle customer complaints and resolve property related issues promptly.
v Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
v Receiving the requisite charges.
v Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and service updates.
v Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
v Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
v Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
v Assist customers with documentation and service procedures.
v Support sales and operational teams when required.
Requirements
v Graduate in any discipline.
v 2-5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or front office operations.
v Good verbal and written communication skills.
v Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
v Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure also.
v Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
v Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills
v Experience with CRM/Dialer softwares.
v Knowledge of customer handling and complaint management.
v Good telephone etiquette.
v Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
