- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 sales agents to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Track key performance metrics — calls, conversions, AUM, and revenue — to ensure consistent output.
- Conduct daily agent audits and retraining sessions to improve quality, compliance, and conversion efficiency.
- Motivate, coach, and recognize high-performing team members through structured feedback and incentives.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth post-sales processes.
- Drive weekly performance reviews and share insights to improve conversion strategies.
