Overview
A Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual materials that support brand identity, marketing initiatives, and communication goals. This role requires strong design fundamentals, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into polished visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for digital and print media (e.g., social media graphics, websites, advertisements, brochures, packaging).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver aligned visual solutions.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
- Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, resolution, and formatting.
- Conduct image editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed.
- Present design drafts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or other design platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
