Job Summary
Netcom Computers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sincere and hardworking Hardware Engineer to support the installation and maintenance of computer systems, smart classrooms, AR/VR labs, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure at schools and client locations. The candidate should be willing to travel and provide on-site technical support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and accessories.
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware.
- Install and maintain Smart Boards, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors, and Digital Classroom equipment.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of AR/VR Lab equipment and related devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, and LAN connections.
- Install and support CCTV cameras and biometric attendance systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular hardware health checks.
- Visit government schools and client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support.
- Maintain service reports and update daily work status.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of installation and maintenance activities.
- Follow company safety standards and maintain company tools and equipment properly.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, ECE, EEE, or a related field.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
