Requisites:
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables manufacturing.
- Experience with Washing Machine, Cooler & Heater manufacturing/OEM will be preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, OEM sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue/volume targets.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing exposure and hands-on functional experience will be preferred.
Job Purpose:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the home-appliance/consumer-durables segment.
- Identify OEMs, institutional customers, and new markets and convert leads into business.
- Manage customer relationships, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and commercial closures.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans and achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, and Accounts for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition, account growth, and long-term business relationships.
- Ensure timely collection follow-up and maintain healthy customer relationships and receivables.
