Job Title: Sales/ Marketing Specialist
Job Type: Full-time field work
Working Days: 6 days per week (9 AM – 6 PM)
Location: Solai Hall road, Dindigul
Two-wheeler with valid license mandatory for this role. Fuel allowance can be reimbursed.
Role Summary
Responsible for business development and sales growth by visiting stores, generating leads, and converting them into consistent orders.
Conduct on-ground promotion activities using pamphlets, posters, and other marketing materials provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit ~5-10 stores per day to introduce and promote the product (Give sampling and follow up to close minimum 3–5 new stores per week).
· Identify small & mid-size hotels, explain product quality & consistency, coordinate trial supply and convert at least 5 new hotels per month for consistent orders.
· Generate new leads and build a sales funnel that converts into orders.
· Achieve weekly sales target (eg. 2,500 packets). This count may vary accordingly.
- Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Provide Market Intelligence & Customer Insights (Track competitor pricing, identify schemes offered by competitors and report store feedback on weekly basis)
· Relationship building (Maintain strong relationship with shop owner, ensure proper product display, consistent orders and no stock-out situations)
· Coordinate with supervisor for leads and conversion related data.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
