Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate events, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution of operational activities. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in operations, event management, logistics, hospitality, or administration, with excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
This role involves managing chapter meetings and business events, coordinating venues and travel arrangements, overseeing inventory, implementing operational processes, and supporting technology adoption to improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of chapter meetings, business events, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across operations.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams and resolve execution-related challenges.
- Monitor operational budgets, vendor costs, and expenses while ensuring cost efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory of branded merchandise, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Plan procurement and replenishment of materials for events and chapter launches.
- Track inventory movement through organized physical and digital inventory systems.
Venue & Event Coordination
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate venues for meetings, networking events, and business gatherings.
- Negotiate commercial terms with hotels, venues, and vendors.
- Coordinate event logistics including seating arrangements, audiovisual requirements, catering, branding, and on-site execution.
Travel & Logistics
- Manage travel, accommodation, and transportation bookings for business events, retreats, and leadership meetings across India.
- Coordinate with travel partners and hotels to secure cost-effective arrangements.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide operational support during business travel and retreats.
Technology & Process Management
- Support implementation and adoption of operational tools such as CRM, scheduling, communication, and tracking systems.
- Assist teams with system onboarding and basic user support.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Event Management, Logistics, Administration, or Hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and implement new systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and across India as required.
