Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee financial operations within the hospitality sector. The role involves managing accounts, ensuring compliance, handling financial reporting, and supporting smooth financial processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups (vendors, clients, partners)
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor revenue streams (events, F&B, etc.) and ensure proper accounting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other financial laws
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Support payroll processing and financial documentation
- Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues efficiently
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
