Job Title: Mid - level Architect
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect with 4–5 years of
professional experience to join our architecture practice in Mumbai. The ideal candidate
should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage
projects from concept development through execution.
The candidate will work closely with the Senior Architect, design team, consultants,
contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality architectural projects within defined timelines
and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare design development and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, specifications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Participate in client meetings and present design proposals when required.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Identify design and execution issues and coordinate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and local authority requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Experience in handling projects from concept to execution.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and building systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Software Skills
Proficiency in some or all of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- 3D visualization and rendering software is an added advantage

Technical Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD & Sketchup
Desirable: 3D Modelling, Lumion, 3DS MAX, Photoshop
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
