We are hiring a Full-Time RMO (Resident Medical Officer) for a newly launched elite Aesthetic Surgical Center in Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi.

About the Center:
A premium 10-bed aesthetic surgical center focused on delivering high-quality surgical and non-surgical aesthetic care with strong emphasis on medical excellence, patient safety, and luxury patient experience.
Role: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) + Unit Head Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- MBBS /BAMS
- ICU experience is a MUST
- Strong understanding of patient safety, monitoring, and emergency handling
- Ability to manage medical operations and coordinate with surgical teams
- Leadership mindset with operational ownership capabilities
The role will also involve:
- Unit Head responsibilities
- Medical excellence and protocol management
- Operations excellence and patient coordination
- Team coordination and center administration support
