Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and products.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
