Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our FMCG team. The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, market expansion, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure product visibility and availability across assigned outlets.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
