We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member focused on enterprise accounts, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within enterprise-level accounts, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager located in Delhi. The concerned person will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.
- Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect.
- Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level.
- Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the marketplace.
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.
- Able to Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities form team members.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to anticipate and respond to changing customer demands effectively.
- Proven track record of 10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or account management, ideally with an IT infrastructure in B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Must be open to travel for work.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
