Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to customers whenever required for order confirmation, issue resolution, delivery updates, and post-purchase support.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, payments, and products.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in every interaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Confident and professional phone communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM software, and messaging platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
