Position: International Real Estate Sales Executive
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
Opelox Realty is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to drive sales for Dubai real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, generating new business, and closing high-value deals in the international property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for Dubai real estate projects
- Handle client consultations and understand investment requirements
- Pitch suitable property options to clients
- Conduct virtual meetings and follow-ups with domestic and international clients
- Close high-ticket deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate sales or international sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
- Comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
