Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Executive who can identify business opportunities, build trusted relationships, and position Kapstone's cybersecurity services as a long-term strategic solution for clients.
You don't need to be a technical expert — but you must be able to translate security risks into business language and connect client pain points to our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, and data-driven industries
- Understand client's business context, compliance needs, and risk exposure
- Map client pain points to Kapstone's service offerings
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and proposal discussions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams for scoping and proposals
- Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain long-term client relationships for upsell and renewal opportunities
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 1–4 years of B2B sales experience (IT services, SaaS, or tech preferred)
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage with IT Heads, and Compliance Officers
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
Good to Have:
- Prior experience selling cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services
- Basic understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, VAPT, or DPDP
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Existing network in Fintech, Healthtech, or SaaS sectors
