Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage product pricing, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate data across all systems. The role involves regular price updates, stock monitoring, and organizing product information for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product prices (purchase, wholesale, retail, margins)
- Ensure correct pricing across billing software / Excel / ERP
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for restocking
- Maintain clean and structured inventory data (codes, categories, units)
- Avoid duplicate entries and pricing errors
- Generate reports on stock, margins, and price changes
- Coordinate with purchase and sales team for price updates
- Track market price changes and suggest revisions
- Ensure GST/tax calculations are correctly applied
- Handle basic data cleanup and system organization
Skills Required:
- Strong Excel knowledge (formulas, sorting, data cleaning)
- Basic understanding of pricing & margins
- Attention to detail (very important)
- Organized and process-driven
- Basic GST knowledge preferred
- Experience with billing/ERP software is a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years in inventory / billing / accounts / data management
- Freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply
