Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting and Testing:Perform inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Identifying Defects:Locate and document defects, deviations, or non-conformance from established quality and design specifications.
- Documenting Findings:Maintain records of inspection results and compile reports on quality issues.
- Process Improvement:Provide feedback and recommend adjustments to manufacturing processes to enhance quality and prevent future issues.
- Adherence to Standards:Ensure products comply with customer specifications, company requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
- Communication:Work with production teams, managers, and engineers to communicate quality standards and resolve problems.
