Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop layout plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and RCC drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and management feedback.
- Prepare detailed construction and execution drawings as per project requirements.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting).
- Basic knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools (preferred).
- Good understanding of civil construction, RCC detailing, and building layouts.
- Knowledge of dimensions, scales, technical detailing, and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Architectural Projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
