Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/ Engineering, Statistics, Math or related quantitative degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with modelling techniques such as clustering, linear & logistic regression, random ,forest etc.
Must have a passion for data, structured or unstructured.
0-4 years of hands-on experience with R/Python and SQL is must.
Should have sound experience in data mining and data analysis.
Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills.
Ability and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging, high-pressure, client service environment.
Good presentation skills.
- Primarily responsible for Projects Delivery & Management within Time, Budget and Quality Standards defined by Company. Should have performed Technical hands-on in past.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and timely delivery of Solution with Quality Standards & Budget.
- Perform effective project management & technical leadership role. Responsible to create project plan, project schedule, track the plan till complete delivery.
- Monitor technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- To estimate and plan projects from start to end, with built in contingencies.
- Develop a detailed project plan / schedule to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Work closely with customer to understand the business requirement for the project, develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Perform the quality assurance in the project
- Directly supervise the project team allocated, Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Hold regular status meetings with project team.
Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
Deliver informative and well-organized presentations.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
