Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and promoting our range of process equipment and oil & gas products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell Industrial Strainers, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and other Oil & Gas products.
- Identify and approach EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, process industries, refineries, and engineering consultants.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering/technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
- Participate in vendor registrations, pre-qualification, and tender activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Equipment, or related industries.
- Good technical knowledge of Strainers, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Piping and other process equipment.
- Experience dealing with EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and procurement teams will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
