We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives who can help expand our network of learners, trainers, business partners, NGOs, educational institutions, MSMEs, and women entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for SakhiGrow.
- Promote SakhiGrow's courses, work-from-home opportunities, entrepreneurship programs, and digital services.
- Build relationships with MSMEs, startups, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and women entrepreneur communities.
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
- Onboard trainers, mentors, referral partners, and franchise partners.
- Generate leads through social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for successful client onboarding.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and business presentations.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, counseling, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
