Area Sales Manager – Field (Acquisition)

The Adbook India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) and smart digital signage company. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Field (Acquisition) to drive on-ground growth by acquiring new sites and new advertisers for our screen network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field acquisition for new societies, commercial buildings and key locations for The Adbook India’s DOOH screens.
- Identify, visit and close partnerships with RWAs, builders, commercial complexes and other property owners.
- Acquire new advertising clients in the assigned area (local brands, retail, corporates, agencies), focusing on direct B2B sales.
- Develop and execute area-wise sales and acquisition plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, channel partners and local stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding of new sites and execution of campaigns.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals and closures through regular reporting to management.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of field sales experience, preferably in advertising, OOH/DOOH, media, real estate, FMCG or related B2B roles.
- Strong track record in new acquisition / business development (sites or clients).
- Comfortable with extensive field work, local travel and on-ground negotiations.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage a small field team in future.
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,472.17 - ₹63,270.08 per month
