We are looking for a Tele Caller who has 1–4 years of real estate experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate telecalling — including calling potential home buyers and investors, explaining projects, qualifying leads, and booking site visits. If you are a confident communicator with a proven real estate sales background, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors from leads generated via portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, and company website.
- Connect with customers in their preferred language — Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada — to build a strong rapport.
- Explain property details clearly — project name, location, configuration (1BHK / 2BHK / 3BHK / Villa), pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent and update status in CRM.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team and ensure customer attendance.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Handle inbound calls from portals, digital ads, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Share project brochures, floor plans, price sheets, and location maps with interested buyers.
- Maintain a minimum of 80–100 outbound calls per day and update daily call logs.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification, site visits booked, and bookings converted.
- Handle customer objections with confidence and keep the lead engaged.
- Stay updated on all ongoing and upcoming projects, pricing revisions, and special offers.
- Coordinate with the sales manager for smooth lead handover and closure support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
