Position - Cricket Coach
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct cricket training sessions for students from primary to senior school
- Identify and nurture individual student talent and team potential
- Organize and accompany teams for inter-school matches and tournaments
- Ensure safety and discipline during training and matches
- Maintain records of student performance and development
- Coordinate with the school sports department and PE staff for event planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with specialization in Physical Education or relevant certification in Cricket Coaching (NIS/ICC/BCCI preferred)
- Prior experience as a coach in school or sports academy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring young talent and promoting sportsmanship
