- Identify and approach potential merchants and business partners in assigned territories.
- Facilitate ESAF onboarding and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Coordinate installation and deployment of fintech devices such as POS machines, QR systems, or payment devices.
- Ensure timely activation and successful onboarding of merchants.
- Maintain daily field activity reports and update system records accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal support and operations teams for issue resolution.
