Job Role: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at AXIS BANK
CTC: 4.46LPA FIXED.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong relationships with customers visiting the bank branch.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Promote and cross-sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and banking transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
