About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed according to design.
- Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the interior design and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury projects.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit (Preferred)
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential and high-end commercial projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Team management experience is an advantage.
