Job Summary:
The Front Office cum Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, maintaining parent relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role acts as the first point of contact for parents, clients, and visitors while supporting administrative and relationship management activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greetings and welcome everyone as they approach the front desk.
- Keeping the front desk clean and organised with all necessary materials.
- Dealing with the parents and giving accurate information
- Address complaints and answer questions quickly and efficiently
- Keeping parents updated on the latest information and happenings in the school
- Knowledge and awareness of current front office principles and practices
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and able to handle unique circumstances
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and maintaining scheduled appointments
- Maintain the database and update records accurately.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
