Ø Handle all admission calls and be able to guide applicants to suitable programs
Ø Target Orientation – lead contact & follow-up, Admission closers.
Ø Conducting follow-up activities such as emails, writing and phone-calling campaigns.
Ø Counseling Students and parents about the course
Ø Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
Ø Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
Ø Clarifying of doubts of students and parents
Ø Participating in admission events as our need.
Ø Participate and perform in the in-house / hosted marketing activities, seminars, on the spot admission sessions organized by the institute
Ø Build good rapport with a variety of constituents like students, parents.
Ø Maintain file records of each applicant and update records in the MIS including collection of student testimonials and Branding etc.,
Ø Daily progress report on the work assigned to be submitted to Director of Admissions for her assessment
Ø Any other job assigned by the seniors from time to time.
Ø A complete understanding of the Guidelines of University, AICTE, UGC and other bodies
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
