Events ShowOff is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase sales for hotel bookings, corporate events, conferences, weddings, and other event management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with corporate clients, hotels, and event decision-makers.
- Promote event management, venue sourcing, and hotel booking services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and event contracts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, travel agencies, and vendors.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Event Management, Hospitality, or Hotel Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
