We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and general coordination activities.
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
- Manage vendor communications and office supplies procurement.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, letters, and MIS as required.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
- Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office facilities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
