We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads. This role requires someone who can not only execute data-driven campaigns but also take charge of a team, lead performance strategies, and drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads):
1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
2. Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to meet KPIs.
3. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
4. Build effective funnel strategies for lead generation and e-commerce brands.
Reporting & Analytics:
1.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
2. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
3.Evaluate conversion data, user behavior, and audience trends to refine future strategies.
Team Management:
1.Lead and mentor a small team of junior marketers or interns.
2. Review campaign structures, oversee optimizations, and ensure best practices are followed.
3. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging with performance goals.
