We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and lead team performance. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and skilled in managing processes and people.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow in a multi chain business
- Develop and improve operational processes
- Monitor performance and prepare reports
- Lead and supervise staffs
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 6+ years of cafe or F&B experience is mandatory
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
