- Hands on CANVA, AI tools, Youtube/ Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn : Social Media Management IS A MUST.
- Must know basic coding/ coding tools. Must be from Engg background. Must know metrics/ analytics/ trends/ etc.
- MUST BE available online between from 7am IST to 9 am IST for meetings.
Expert in using AI tools
Developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling engaging content, managing daily interactions with followers, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. They are responsible for a brand's online presence, growing the community, and ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives. Core responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals. This includes creating editorial calendars and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Content management: Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, video) that reflects the brand's voice and increases brand awareness.
- Community engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and queries, and interact with followers and industry professionals to build a strong online community.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyze social media performance using data analytics to measure the success of campaigns, monitor user engagement, and suggest content optimization.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, sales, or customer retention.
- Brand consistency and reputation management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and handle any crisis management or negative comments in a way that protects the company's reputation.
