Job Timing:** 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Job Overview:**
We are hiring an experienced **MEP Engineer** with strong expertise in **Electrical systems** along with working knowledge of Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing systems for real estate projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute and supervise **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works**
* Manage **electrical installations**, wiring, panels, and load distribution
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
* Review MEP drawings and ensure proper execution on-site
* Ensure safety standards and quality control
* Handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
**Requirements:**
* 4–7 years of experience in **MEP projects**
Candidates who graduate or post graduate in Electrical engineering filed
* Strong knowledge of **Electrical systems (mandatory)**
* Basic understanding of **HVAC & Plumbing systems**
* Experience in **real estate / construction industry preferred**
* Ability to read technical drawings
### **Preferred Candidate:**
* Candidates ready to **relocate to Surat** preferred
* Experience with **reputed real estate builder groups** is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
