About the Role
Bawa Hospital is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality patient leads, and promote our healthcare services across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase patient enquiries and appointments.
- Manage and grow Bawa Hospital's presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, reels, graphics, and healthcare awareness campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads to generate quality patient leads.
- Optimize the hospital website for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain the hospital's digital reputation.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to create educational and promotional content.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Work closely with the Patient Relationship and Telecalling teams to improve lead conversion.
- Plan promotional activities for health camps, awareness programs, and new services.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or clinics preferred.
