Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and maximize ROAS, ROI, and lead quality.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels for B2B & B2C businesses.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CAC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Develop media plans and forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, SEO, and Web Development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Mentor and lead a team of performance marketers.
Required Skills
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Looker Studio
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Experience managing advertising budgets above ₹10 Lakhs/month.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certified Professional.
- Experience with CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and Marketing Automation is an added advantage.
