Client Servicing Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing and website development projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with design, content, marketing, and development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, follow-up calls, and project discussions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and campaign performance.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as scheduled.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services based on client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Website Development.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand and present marketing reports and project updates.
