We are looking for a Production Engineering Executive / Production Engineering Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing and production planning skills with excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. The role involves preparing production drawings, supporting manufacturing processes, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify production drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Convert design concepts into production-ready drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), production layouts, and fabrication details.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all production drawings and documentation.
- Support product development, prototyping, and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and production documents.
- Participate in design and production review meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of production engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with production-related software.
- Knowledge of Spazio 3D software will be considered a strong advantage and will be given preference during the selection process.
- Experience in furniture, modular systems, manufacturing, or fabrication industries is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may apply.
- Experienced candidates are preferred.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
