- Talks to customers about vehicle damage (accidents, dents, scratches)
- Inspects the vehicle and notes problems
- Creates job cards & cost estimates for repair work
- Explains repair process, cost, and timeline to customers
- Handles insurance claims and coordinates with surveyors
- Coordinates with technicians to ensure proper repair
- Updates customers regularly about progress
- Ensures quality & timely delivery of the vehicle
- Sometimes upsells services (polishing, detailing, extra repairs)
Skills required
- Good communication & customer handling
- Basic automobile knowledge (denting, painting, repairs)
- Understanding of insurance process
- Sales mindset (for upselling services)
- Basic computer/DMS software skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
