Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to develop realistic 3D designs and renderings for residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should be capable of converting concepts, layouts, and drawings into high-quality visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings for interior and exterior projects.
- Prepare concept designs based on client requirements and design discussions.
- Develop detailed views for modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and customized interiors.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for accurate execution.
- Apply materials, lighting, textures, and finishes for realistic visualization.
- Modify designs and renderings based on management/client feedback.
- Maintain project files and design libraries systematically.
- Ensure timely completion of visualization works.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in SketchUp and D5 Render (Mandatory)
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of interior materials, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong visualization and creative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Designing, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience preferred in interior or modular furniture industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential interior projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detailing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
