Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and thoughtful Curriculum Designer to build engaging, level-based learning experiences for children across pre-primary to primary levels. The role focuses on designing structured yet flexible curriculum suited for diverse and neurodiverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks for Sr. KG to Grade 2 (can extend further)
- Create weekly lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning modules
- Develop multi-sensory and experiential learning strategies
- Align curriculum with learning outcomes and child development milestones
- Adapt content for different learning levels and neurodiverse needs
- Design project-based learning and real-life application activities
- Create assessment tools (informal and formal) to track progress
- Work closely with teachers to ensure smooth implementation
- Regularly review and upgrade curriculum based on feedback
- Plan culminating events/showcases to demonstrate student learning
Requirements:
- Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Curriculum Design / Psychology or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in curriculum development (school or alternative learning setups)
- Strong understanding of early years and primary education
- Experience in activity-based and experiential learning approaches
- Ability to design age-appropriate, engaging content
- Strong written and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with neurodiverse learners
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction
- Familiarity with play-based, inquiry-based, or alternative education models
- Ability to create visually engaging worksheets and learning material
- Understanding of assessment design and child progress tracking
