Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning
- Install, configure, and commission pollution monitoring systems (SO₂, NOx, CO, CO₂, PM2.5, PM10, Flow, pH, COD, etc.).
- Integrate analyzers with DAHS/PLC/SCADA systems.
- Calibration & Maintenance
- Perform routine calibration (zero/span checks, QAL2/QAL3, drift checks).
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for NDIR, Beta-ray, Chemiluminescence, TOC, and water quality analyzers.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose technical faults and restore systems within minimal downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain logbooks, calibration certificates, service reports, and AMC documentation.
- Ensure systems meet CPCB/SPCB/USEPA/EN norms during audits and inspections.
- Customer Engagement
- Train operators and plant staff on system operation & basic troubleshooting.
- Support AMC/CMC contracts and build strong client relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
