Customer Support Associate (Voice / Chat Process)

Job Summary
Will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities (Voice Process)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
- Record customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Meet service quality and productivity targets
- Escalate unresolved issues as per defined procedures
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and compliance standards
Chat Process
- Manage customer interactions through chat platforms
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain professional written communication standards
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Assist customers with service, billing, order, and general support queries
- Achieve response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements for Voice Process
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage customer concerns professionally
- Typing speed of approximately 25–30 WPM preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
