About the Role
Punit Arora is looking for a passionate, well-groomed, and customer-focused fashion Advisor to join our luxury fashion retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist customers during trials and provide styling suggestions.
- Handle billing, product inquiries, and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment when required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales (fashion/luxury retail preferred).
