- Lead Conversion & Closing Deals: Taking qualified leads passed on by sales development reps, understanding the client’s needs, and negotiating contracts to close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any concerns.
- Account Growth: Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to maximize account value.
