What you'll do
- Hunt new business through plant visits, networking & smart prospecting
- Understand customer processes and pitch the right technical solution
- Run the full cycle — enquiry → proposal → negotiation → order
- Build lasting relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors & end users
- Hit your monthly and annual targets (and get rewarded for it)
What we're looking for
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Mech, Elec, ITI) or MBA (Marketing)
- 2–3 years in industrial B2B sales — ideally pumps, chillers, heat exchangers or water treatment
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, and a self-starter who loves being on the field
