Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to generate business leads, handle customer inquiries, and increase sales for our industrial products and electroplating plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer inquiries and business leads
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Explain products and prepare quotations
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Coordinate with production and technical teams
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Visit clients if required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Experience in industrial equipment or machinery sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently
