Job Title: Front Office Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in parents, students, and visitors.
- Handle inquiries related to admissions, courses, and academy services.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students for smooth communication.
- Schedule and manage interviews, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain daily attendance records of faculty and staff.
- Track and record office expenses and administrative documents.
- Support admission and enrollment processes.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front office operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the academy.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other office documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
